January 20 มกราคม 2024 10am – Guru Rinpoche day – Gaṇacakra (Tsok – food offering or feast) ceremony พิธีถวายซก at Windsor tower Sukhumvit soi 20, free event. Do bring some vegetarian food for sharing in the ceremony. Registration required: register for tsok here

January 20-21 มกราคม 2024 2pm – Dharma teaching on 4 Mind changing thoughts บรรยายธรรม 4ข้อธรรมที่น้อมจิตรสู่ธรรมะ, at Windsor tower Sukhumvit 20 starts at 2pm (more details below), free event. Registration required: register for attending the teaching on 20-21 January here

Lama Rinchen Phuntsok will be giving teaching on 4 mind changings, this will be a continuation from previous weekend’s teaching. New students are welcome as new topics will be covered.

4 Mind changing thoughts
This teaching will be based on a commentary to Dudjom Lingpa’s chod called Ambrosia Ocean by Pema Lungtok Gyatso. This will include meditation on precious human body which is difficult to obtain, the impermanence of life, the suffering of samsara, and the infallibility of karma as cause and effect.

4ข้อธรรมที่น้อมจิตสู่ธรรม จะเป็นการสอนต่อจากสัปดาห์ที่แล้ว นักเรียนใหม่สามารถเข้าได้เพราะจะมีการสอนหัวข้อใหม่ๆด้วย
คำสอนนี้จะถือตามอรรถาธิบายคำสอนโจ้ด ของท่านดุดจม ลิงปะ ที่ชื่อ ‘อมฤตสมุทร’ เขียนโดยท่านเปม่า ลุงตก กยาโซ หัวข้อคำสอนคือ สมาธิว่าด้วยข้อธรรม 4 ประการคือ ร่างมนุษย์ล้ำค่าอันได้มาโดยยากยิ่ง, ความไม่เที่ยงแท้ของชีวิต, โทษของสังสารวัฏ, และกรรมมีผลเป็นที่แน่แท้
